We have choices
Every day we make 100s, possibly 1000s of decisions. Some things we can control, whilst others are outside our ability to control them. However, in every situation the choices we make either strengthen or weaken us.
Recently I listened to Brad Sugars, the founder of global coaching franchise ActionCOACH, who gave 3 great pieces of advice about this, consistent around the followoing questions:
- What do you think?
- How do you make choices?
- What choices are you facing today?

- Never wish life were easier, wish you were better
- Work harder on yourself than you do on your job
- Read a book a week for the rest of of your life. If you 'outlearn' me you can 'out earn' me
